Silk Road Festival

Abay Center organized and led the concert program at “Silk Road Festival” dedicated to the 10 years anniversary of Central Asia Program of IERES. 

During the event, we present Uighur, Uzbek, Kyrgyz, Tadzhik as well as Kazakh traditional dances and songs. 

• Exhibitions

1. AbaiCenter presented a Kazakh cultural exhibition at Harvard University ’s Nowruz event. Thanks a lot Central Asian Student Association Harvard for involving us to such great event.
2. Abay Center was involved to the cultural exhibition organized by the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Washington DC and presented a cultural book and traditional meal exhibition at “Silk Road Festival” dedicated to the 10 years anniversary of Central Asia Program of IERES. During the event Abay Center organized Bolashak scholars and prepared traditional food as bauyrsak, pilaf, shekpek and treated all visitors.
